The Men of War Crucible is a Rite of Passage for men, designed to forge modern-day warriors and restore the masculine warrior spirit. Upon graduation, you enter the exclusive (secret) Men of War Society—an elite brotherhood of 21st-century leaders, businessmen, and warrior-minded men.

We arm you with high-level strategies, philosophies, and tactics from elite ancient warrior cultures, integrating them into modern life for success across all imperatives.

With over 10,000 men coached, the Crucible revives "The Warrior's Code" restoring lost principles and ideals, immersing you in a transformative experience few have encountered. This is more than a program—it’s a way of life, rooted in the Man of War Paragon and the brotherhood of the Men of War Society.

We reject the use of outside contractors who lack the dedication and insight necessary to meet our standards. Instead, our cadre is composed of men who have endured the rigors of the Crucible, fully embodying our philosophy through personal experience and commitment—traits that set them apart from any external alternative.

WHAT WILL YOU EXPERIENCE?

PHASE 1: FORTIS PHASE & PREP PHASE

This phase prepares you for the Men of War Crucible by strengthening your mind, building solid habits, and sharpening your focus. You'll be introduced to your team and coaches, follow a structured training plan, complete individual tasks, and participate in team challenges to ensure you're ready for the Crucible. 

PHASE 2: MEN OF WAR CRUCIBLE (4 DAYS)

Over four intense days and three nights, you'll be immersed in the world of ancient warrior cultures. The Crucible is designed to challenge both mind and body, pushing you to your limits and forging you into a modern warrior. This experience is unlike any other, blending physical endurance with mental fortitude. 

PHASE 3: ENTER THE MEN OF WAR SOCIETY (LIFETIME)

Graduation marks the beginning of your lifelong journey. The Men of War Society is an elite brotherhood dedicated to constant personal growth and leadership. Built on the principles of the Spartans, Samurai, and Knights Templar, this society emphasizes discipline, honor, and integrity.

As a member, you will participate in ongoing challenges, masterminds, and training to sharpen your skills. The society offers daily coaching, monthly goals, and an annual Gathering and Gala that foster deep connections and shared experiences. This brotherhood supports you in applying the lessons from the Crucible to every aspect of life—business, relationships, and self-mastery.

Below are the warriors who endured and conquered the Crucible—a trial with a grueling 40% dropout rate, with some classes facing even higher attrition. These men have been forged in fire, tempered by adversity, and proven worthy.
