The training commences with a 6-week high performance training program that is focused on fortifying the mind, creating powerful habits and executing on your mission.    

*ELEMENT [2] PREP PHASE (VIRTUAL) 6 WEEKS

This element prepares you for the MOW Crucible. During this element you will meet your squads and team leaders. Coaches will design a training regiment focused on the Crucible. You will be given special tasks, squad challenges and objectives to complete within this time frame.

*ELEMENT [3] MEN OF WAR CRUCIBLE (BOOTS ON GROUND) 5 DAYS

For Five (5) Full Days and Four (4) Nights you will be transported back in time to the realm of the Ancient Warrior Cultures. Get ready to experience a unique approach to building warriors, one that has been lost for many years. We have designed this crucible to be equally challenging in mind and body.

Your Self Development does not stop upon graduation. As a matter of fact, as we like to say, the real work begins upon graduation. You will enter an exclusive brotherhood known as the Men of War Society. Some may describe it as a secret society consisting of high level men and others describe it as a band of brothers from all walks of life with a common mission of constant improvement. 

Please Note: This is not your typical bootcamp or men's retreat. While our coaching cadre consists of highly decorated active and retired military and law enforcement personnel, this program has nothing to do with either. The focus of this crucible is to forge men into Men of War (AKA) 21st Century Men and get them ready for the battlefield of life.

This crucible will break you down mentally, physically, emotionally, psychologically and spiritually. It will test the limits of your mindset, your ability to lead, your courage, your physicality and your commitment.

The forging process of a warrior is not an easy one, however it is life changing one. The men who walk alongside through this journey will become your brothers for life. 

Rafa Conde is a highly decorated former Law Enforcement Officer, Narcotics Agent, SWAT Officer and DEA Task Force Agent. Today he is the founder and CEO of Man of War.

Rafa is renowned for his work with thousands of business professionals, executives, leaders and elite achievers throughout the USA and South America. 

Rafa is the creator of the Men of War Crucible and the Men of War Society.

His life's journey took him down two very different streets. From a top producing Wall Street Stockbroker to the streets of one of the most violent cities in America. This transition from stockbroker to cop was a critical defining moment in Rafa's life. 

His dream was to become a narcotics agent and to be attached to a Federal Task Force. He honorably served his community and his country as undercover narcotics agent in Vice, MADTF, DEA Tactical Diversion Squad and ICE Blue Lightning Task Force. Throughout his career Rafa also served as a SWAT officer, Field Training Officer, Hostage Negotiator and taught at the Police academy for more than a decade. His specialty was defensive tactics and firearms.  

Rafa studied, trained and taught martial arts for over 35 years. He took his experience throughout Central and South America teaching Combat firearms and hand to hand combat to the Military, SWAT teams, Federal Police and Security Forces. 

In 2017 he established Man of War after witnessing a demise of the warrior spirit in male cadets that were coming through the police academy. Soon after, he started the Man of War podcast which became an instant success with over 17 million downloads to date. The Men of War Crucible was founded in 2018 along with the Men of War Society.

Today, Rafa has coached over 10,000 men to re-ignite their warrior spirit. His mission is focused on building men to be stronger leaders, visionaries, husbands and fathers, essentially 21st Century Men. He has built a powerful global movement focused on empowering and developing stronger men. His innovative and straightforward no-non sense ability to communicate powerful messages has made him a highly sought after influential speaker and corporate leadership and culture consultant.

1. Where is the Crucible held? The Men of War Crucible is held at an undisclosed location in Florida.

2. Is the Crucible a Military Bootcamp? The Crucible has nothing at all to do with the military. The Crucible is a rite of passage for men who are striving to become stronger fathers, husbands, leaders and visionaries. 

3. What is the Men of War Society? A very active private brotherhood that will last a lifetime. There is nothing like it in the world. It is composed of elite men who have graduated from the Crucible. The Men of War society has grown to hundreds of men and continues to rapidly grow yearly. The Men of War Society holds an annual Gathering and Gala, monthly challenges, daily inter-actions, training protocols, coaching models, masterminds,  alliances and much more that is not disclosed to the public.

4. How do I get selected for a Crucible? Submit an application by clicking the blue buttons on this page. You will then enter the selection process. Please be advised that only a small percentage of men are selected. 

5. Are you hiring Cadre Coaches? No. We do not hire outside contractors 'cool coaches". ALL of our coaches are hand selected graduates who are later put through extensive training for certification as a black shirt. 

6. Can 5 days really change my life? 100% Yes. 

7. How far in advance are the Crucibles booked? 5 - 7 months. 

8. What is your drop out rate? 36% of men who attend the Crucible drop out.

9. Is the Crucible expensive? We have never had anyone complete the Crucible and say it was expensive. What they received from it was worth 1000 times what they invested. 

10. How will the Crucible help me grow my business? The MOW philosophy is work on yourself first and the rest will follow. We have seen men graduate from the Crucible shift their mindset and re-ignite their fire. From there they have scaled their businesses to levels they never thought possible.
